The location is great. Could walk from ferry terminal. Staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The ensuite room we got was next to shared bathroom so it was very loud during the night time when people came back late and had shower or went for toilet. Aircon in the room was making loud noise as well after been turning on for few hours. It made me get up during the night just to turn it off. Lastly i dont like the bathroom that they dont seperate toilet and shower area. Floor all got wet after shower.

We had a great stay at a very central location, close to public transportation and popular attractions. the common area was decent with sufficient facilities. the staff were friendly and attentive, quickly addressing any issues we had. the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning in the rooms was great.
We also appreciated the smart design of the dropdown tables on each bed. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

I had a great stay at a hostel in Georgetown. the staff at Red Inn Court were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in experience during the day. the location of the hostel was perfect, as it was within easy walking distance to many of the city's attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, and I liked the convenient locker right by the bed. the shelves in the room allowed for easy storage of different items, and there was even a space to hang wet clothes in the showers. I also appreciated the wooden bathroom slippers provided. the lounge area was nice with comfortable seating options, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. Plus, being right next to Little India meant I could enjoy delicious Indian food whenever I wanted. Cons: Not obvious to find.

Staff were helpful, good location, our private room was clean and offered good facilities tv/dvd's.
The only thing if i was to give this hotel a negative was the fact that we could hear street noise/fireworks from our room which backed out onto the street. Didnt have the best nights sleep for the 2 nights we stayed here but cant fault it for anything else.

Cheap, comfy and cosy room in good location, close to ferry and free cat service. Communal area offers complimentary tea, coffee and filtered water. Everywhere has parking, but difficult on weekends. Friendly staff, especially Kak Ayu with yummy cooking. Will definitely return for best hospitality.

It is definitely a value for money stay at Red Inn Court! Suitable for backpackers especially - comfortable stay and very friendly staff! Very well furnished interior, retaining a historic and nostalgic feel. Basic amenities are well provided. Free flow coffee and tea at all times, great lounge to hang-out while sipping a cuppa!
One may felt as though thousands of horses trudged by when other guests use the stairs or walk around the same landing.

We stayed in a double room share bathroom. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed, air con and fan. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ok, ten minute walk from jetty, bus station and the street with all the bars on.
Nothing, stayed here twice and would go back if we returned to penang.

I recently stayed at Red Inn Court for a few nights while exploring the vibrant neighborhoods nearby. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Little India and Chinatown, with easy access to the old town. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the complimentary breakfast that included toast, butter, jam, tea. The Indonesian receptionist was incredibly friendly, making me feel welcomed during my stay. Additionally, the hostel provided free tea and coffee all day, had a TV available behind the reception area, and offered plenty of seating to relax and watch the world go by. The beds in the 4-person female dorm were solid, large, and comfortable, with individual lockers and plug points for secure device charging. The showers were great, and the bathrooms were always clean. Red Inn Court offered great value for money, a convenient location, helpful staff, and reliable wifi throughout the premises.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Nothing bad to say, I only stayed for 1 night but will definitely choose to stay here again if I return to Penang. The place looks really nice, room was confortable, shared toilet and shower were clean.
The floors are made of wood so some people with heavy feet made really loud noise but didn't bother me too much. Didn't get to try breakfast as I had to leave early to Cameron Highlands as they serve breakfast around 8:00 - 8:30 AM
